FAQ

Kombucha is a sparkling probiotic beverage made from tea, fruits & botanicals. The word kombucha is believed to have originated from a Japanese story. Legend has it, The great Japanese emperor Inyoko was healed with brewed “cha” by the South Korean doctor “ Kombu”. In his honour, the drink was called Kombucha.

Kombucha has organic acids and probiotics that help aid in digestion and reduces bloating.

I personally like drinking it in the morning or after a meal. Kombucha is rich in organic acids that will help regulate acidity in the stomach and makes my stomach feel great. Learn more in our Blog post

Studies point towards Kombucha being a healthy beverage to help balance the body and improve gut health. A Kombucha with a lot of sugar is not ideal. Learn more about the health benefits of Kombucha in our blog post.

Kombucha is made with green tea which contains some caffeine. Fermentation reduces the caffeine levels to negligible levels. A coke or pepsi would have more caffeine in comparison.

Yes. Kombucha is a naturally made probiotic. Antibiotics kill bad bacteria as well as good bacteria that are beneficial for our health. Doctors normally prescribe probiotic supplements along with antibiotics.
